Introduction

Intrua Financial LLC (“Intrua,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Brokerage and investment advisory services differ, and it is important that you understand the differences. Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at www.investor.gov/CRS.

What Investment Services and Advice Can You Provide Me?

We offer investment advisory services to retail investors.

Asset Management Services: We provide ongoing monitoring of your account and investments to help align with your goals. If you grant us discretion, we decide which securities to buy or sell in your account. If you choose a non-discretionary account, you make the final decisions. You may place reasonable restrictions on how we manage your account. We also sponsor and manage wrap fee programs.

Financial Planning and Consulting Services: We can prepare a written financial plan or provide consulting on topics such as retirement, insurance, tax, or estate planning. Limited-scope planning or consulting does not include ongoing monitoring.

Our minimum account size for opening an account with us is $10,000.00.

See our Form ADV Part 2A (“Firm Brochure”) and Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1 (“Wrap Brochure”) for details at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/brochure/281554.

Ask us questions to help you better understand our services: Given my financial situation, should I choose an advisory service? Why or Why Not? How will you choose investments to recommend to me? What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?

What Fees Will I Pay?

Asset-based fees: You pay an annual fee based on the value of your account. Fees are typically charged monthly or quarterly, in arrears. Because we charge based on assets, we have an incentive to encourage you to increase the assets in your account.

Financial planning fees: You may pay hourly, fixed, or annual fees. Some may be payable in advance, others in arrears.

Other fees: You may also pay custodian fees, mutual fund and ETF expenses, and other transaction costs. Wrap fee accounts include most transaction costs but are usually more expensive than standard asset-based fees.

You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs reduce the value of your investments over time. Please be sure you understand the fees you are paying.

See our Form ADV Part 2A (“Firm Brochure”) and Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1 (“Wrap Brochure”) for details at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/brochure/281554.

Ask us questions to help you better understand our services: Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?

What Are Your Legal Obligations To Me When Acting As My Investment Adviser? How Else Does Your Firm Make Money And What Conflicts of Interest Do You Have?

When we act as your investment adviser, we must act in your best interest and not put our interest ahead of yours. However, conflicts of interest can affect the advice we give you. Examples include:

We may receive research, technology, or other benefits from custodians or third-party managers. This reduces our costs but creates a conflict because it may influence where we recommend you custody assets.

Some of our financial professionals are also registered with LPL Financial LLC, a broker-dealer. They may recommend brokerage products and earn commissions.

Our professionals may also sell insurance and earn commissions, creating an incentive to recommend those products.

We may actively trade in our own personal accounts alongside client accounts, which could create conflicts. We have procedures to mitigate these.

To help you further understand what conflicts of interest exist, see our Form ADV Part 2A (“Firm Brochure”) and Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1 (“Wrap Brochure”) for details at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/brochure/281554.

Ask us questions to help you better understand our conflicts of interest: How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?

How Do Your Financial Professionals Make Money?

Our financial professionals are compensated based on the assets they manage or the revenue from the services they provide, and in some instances, a base salary and /or a bonus. While this creates an incentive to encourage you to increase the assets in your account, they are required to act in your best interest when providing investment advice.

See our Form ADV Part 2A (“Firm Brochure”) and Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1 (“Wrap Brochure”) for details at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/brochure/281554.

Do You or Your Financial Professionals Have Legal or Disciplinary History?

Yes, our firm or our financial professionals currently have legal or disciplinary history to disclose. These events are disclosed in either our Form ADV or the specific individual’s Form U4. Please visit Investor.gov/CRS for a free and simple search tool to research us and our financial professionals.

Ask us questions to help you better understand our disciplinary history: As a financial professional, do you have any disciplinary history? For what type of conduct?

See our Form ADV Part 2A (“Firm Brochure”) and Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1 (“Wrap Brochure”) for details at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/brochure/281554.
